    As an addition to your standard policy, you may select to include the following valuable coverages at an extra cost:

    1. Contents - Replacement Cost
    This coverage will pay for current replacement or repair of personal property, without depreciation, up to the policy limits, when stolen, damaged, or destroyed by any covered loss. Under this provision, unscheduled personal property coverage - silverware, guns, jewelry, furs, antiques, art objects, etc., - is limited. Coverage limit can be increased to 70% of Dwelling coverage from the standard 50%.

    2. Dwelling - Extended Replacement Cost
    In the event of any covered loss to your home, the insurance company will pay to repair or replace the damaged or destroyed dwelling up to a specified percentage over the policy's limits of liability

    3. Full Building Code Upgrade
    Coverage includes all additional costs of repairing or replacing damaged dwelling to comply with any new building codes or zoning laws required by government agencies.

    4. Mortgage Payment Disaster Protection
    If your home is rendered uninhibitable by any covered losses for more than 45 days, you will be reimbursed for up to 12 monthly payments, or until your home is repaired, whichever occurs first. Payment amount and waiting period depend upon the policy purchased.

    5. Earthquake Protection
    Protects you against loss to your home due to an earthquake. Unattached buildings and contents coverage can also be purchased. A separate earthquake deductible applies to the policy.

    6. Scheduled Articles
    Items, such as silverware, guns, jewelry, furs, antiques, art objects, etc., are covered to a limited extent under theft protection. However, if the value of these articles exceed the limit of your policy, the items ahould be covered separately at an additional cost.

    7. Flood Protection
    Protects you against loss to your home due to flood, in compliance with the National Flood Insurance Program. Contents coverage can also be purchased. We are an authorized agent to issue policies in our office.

    8. Deductible
    You have the choice of selecting the deductible on your Homeowners policy, up to $1,000. The deductible you select will effect your premium: A HIGHER DEDUCTIBLE GIVES A LOWER PREMIUM.
